Joost Last began his career in real estate in Quinta do Lago in 1989 after managing a privately owned hotel in the Algarve. Foundations for his skills as an efficient marketer and a creative negotiator were formed at his time as Project Director and Director of Sales for Europe and Middle East for the Real estate divisions of multinationals such as Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton. After four years as General Manager for Real Estate at Sheraton Pine Cliffs and four years as Director of Property Sales at Quinta do Lago S.A Joost decided in 2013 to focus on running his own Real Estate company and formed Quinta Homes Lda.
